First, I made french toast, which I don’t think I have ever actually made and it was delicious!
After dinner, Maw Maw told us that she had stumbled upon a park that none of us ever realized existed (this is not a big town).
John, Delores, the kids and I loaded up to check it out. On our way out of the neighborhood, we came upon a man pulling a fifth wheel who had gotten himself into QUITE a predicament. He was stuck against a stone column on one side and bottomed out at the back… it was not good. John can’t not help people, so he jumped out, surveyed the situation and told us to go on ahead.
We made our way to the park and sure enough, there was a city park that we knew nothing about. The kids said it wasn’t really fun (just a slide and some swings), but that they made it fun.
Trista insisted on getting in the baby swing and got herself VERY stuck! It took two grown ups and one Trista to wedge her out!
