Getting all of the firewood ready for the LOOOONG winter!
We kind of joke about Annie being our defective cattle dog. She has her moments, but she isn’t as hyper as they typically are and she doesn’t love to be outside the way you would expect and she will not go out after dark… but she is definitely the alpha dog, when she is around other dogs. Apparently, Annie took a bone away from Duke. Duke has not let this go. Earlier, Annie’s beloved Raccoon was on Duke’s bed and later today:

Each week we have had a family memory verse. Delores prints them out and we discuss it at the start of the week… Delores was (a bit passionately) explaining how powerful this verse is to the kids…
When she accidentally flipped her dinner plate, with dinner still on it!
It’s even funnier (sort of) because she had put out a fresh tablecloth that morning, then Trista spilled coffee on it, then she flipped her dinner plate and then Trista got some chocolate ice cream on it. 1) It wasn’t meant to be and 2) good thing she didn’t change it after the first spill!
